Chatfield has a long track record of successfully completing development projects. From industrial expansions to commercial redevelopment and residential subdivisions, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) has played a variety of roles in making projects a reality. Below are properties owned by the City of Chatfield that are ready for development.

County Road 10 Development Area

The City of Chatfield owns approximately 60 acres of land at the corner of Olmsted County road 10 and 155th Ave NE. The EDA is actively seeking development of this property and has plans to extend city infrastructure in conjunction with development. Conceptually, the property has been laid out as a future industrial park but the EDA would consider additional proposals that further the city's development goals.
