The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Chatfield will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 3 , during its regular meeting that will begin at 7:00 p.m.  The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comment regarding a resident proposal made to the Commission to purchase 1.38 of land on parcel 513112055016 located at 2169 Margaret Street NE to be included in parcel 513112055015 located at 2168 Margaret Street ME.  
All persons caring to be heard thereon will be heard at that time and place.
